Upon the completion of a 5 week intensive course for educators geared towards understanding the new and evolving French curriculum, CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), the following is research, theory, and practical lesson plans I have shared with my colleagues in the French Immersion program. Since the profession we are in calls for "reflective practitioners", the aim of this blog is to provide me with an understanding of growth as an individual, colleague, and educator. My gratitude and heart felt thanks go to my team members who helped initiate the collaborative inquiry on action oriented teaching (l'approche actionnelle).
As the famous latin proverb states:
"By learning you will teach. By teaching you will learn."
The journey has just begun.
